The back end is the innovative nerve centre of our guest management tool (GMT). The guests’ data is professionally managed and efficiently processed by our team. In addition to reliable accessibility from any location, the tool provides the highest standards of security for your data.
Microsite
The microsite is a freely configurable, CD-compliant Web interface that allows guests to respond independently. Previously defined guest data is retrieved and sent securely to the back end in real time. In addition, event-related information and personalised documents can be made available as downloads.
Online Payment Module
The integrated payment function enables the user to pay for fee-based participation packages or optional additional services directly during the registration or booking process. During the payment process, the user is not directed to an external website, but remains on the familiar microsite with the familiar look and feel. Various payment services (credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, etc.) can be integrated into the OPM via a digital interface and iFrame.

Accreditation (PAM)
Precise timing is the most important aspect of any event. With the Participant Accreditation Module (PAM) you always know HOW MANY guests have turned up, WHEN they are present and WHERE they are located. The guests are scanned using QR codes and synchronised with the GMT in real time. What’s more, all the necessary guest information can be viewed at a glance.
Test drive (TDM)
The Test Drive Module (TDM) helps with the smooth organisation of test drives, even on different routes. Guests and vehicles are linked to each other by means of a QR code scan and certain time slots are allocated. It is possible to see at all times WHO is on the road, WHICH vehicle they are travelling in, WHEN they are in it and WHERE they are located. What’s more, all the necessary guest and vehicle information can be viewed at a glance.
